A lightning-fast No Nonsense circus program where everyone can come and catch and throw! You will learn tricks very fast. Who says circus is old-fashioned? Not with us! Everyone has talent, young and old. Under the guidance of our professional teacher(s), you can learn to throw and catch with all kinds of circus equipment. Or how about learning to balance on a rope or a ball. Or hang upside down on the trapeze or learn to cycle on a unicycle.

And don't forget to ask the circus teachers if they want to show a trick themselves. The circus workshop takes place on the circus sail with contemporary circus music. We can expand the circus with a juggling show or with a circus tent.

Accompanied by employees of Zeereiniging Neptunus B.V., this 5,5 meter long fish swims majestically above the heads of your audience. He regularly gets a burp and plastic balls escape from his stomach out of his mouth. This is a result of the plastic soup in which he lives. Bystanders can return these balls to the Neptunus Sea cleaners, so that they can be efficiently recycled. A performance with a current theme!

One day everything is gone! The circus tent, the elephants and the beautiful trapeze girls, the popcorn car and the orchestra. There is nothing left!  Anton and Antonia, the directors couple are in a shock. How is this possible, only yesterday they performed a show in their big top circus tent together with all of the artists, props and animals? And now there is nothing left but one suitcase… Fortunately  this suitcase is anything but empty. Just like in Pandora’s Box there are some big surprises in this suitcase. And with help of the audience, the magic suitcase and lots of fantasy Circus Pandora comes back alive. And in front of a cheering audience Anton and Antonia create a spectacular circus show. Circus Pandora is a beautiful show that reminds us of the time of the nostalgic, traveling circus in the early 20th century. Circus Pandora brings back the hopes and dreams of the traveling circus artists in this most colorful circus period in history. Circus Pandora is a show with exciting circus tricks, touching moments and lots of humour. The show tells the story about the history of circus, from the first horses in the piste, the raw circus acts in the streets of Italy to the modern circus of today.

A bourgeois family from the fifties: two stilt walking stiff parents, a crying baby in an oversized pram and a small boy, six year old Bartje, who makes life pretty difficult for his parents. He complements his quality as a street artist with influences from dance and performance. Absurdity and aesthetics predominate.

This wandering musician lives up to his name. Of course, with pleasant well-known Dutch and English songs. But he can also come up with a witticism, an observation, a remark or a joke. This bon vivant plays with the circumstances and with his audience. Always with appropriate interaction. With the built-in sound system, he can walk an entire route whilst playing and singing. But he can just as easily entertain a whole terrace or square from a fixed spot. On the spot, he creates his own playground, his own atmosphere. With many smiling faces as a result.

Burek – The Dog Marionette is a fully improvised show.

The character of the marionette has been creating and changing with every show for the last years. This marionette is breaking most of the rules of standard marionettes, he is a very dynamic puppet and before you know it he will find what he needs, he will be already in another place fighting with a real dog, or playing with kids. It’s an amazing opportunity for people who are afraid of dogs as it might be good therapy for them because of his realism. Great fun for kids and adults on same level.

Marysia - The Giant Hen - is a fully improvised walking act.
The hen is an original biomechanical puppet based on biomimic movement, which makes it feel real and provides a high level of entertainment. Marysia is equipped with facial mimic (the beak and eye lids are mechanical) and fully functional wings. It feels extra genuine in touch thanks to 13.000 real feathers. Marysia is inquisitive, cuddly, funny and she can easily surprise you with her humour. The caregiver watches over Marysia’s discipline. When she is happy, she flaps her wings and stretches herself up to 3.2m height.

The forest, your backyard has become a dumping ground and Douwe is more than fed up with that!

Street sweeper Schrott is friendly. Even climate-friendly.
He has an extraordinary interest in the residual waste from the passing public. He sees the remnants that the spectators deposit in his rubbish bin as a valuable collection of items that could perhaps be given a second life. Who knows, you might go home with something beautiful. At least with a warm memory of that friendly street sweaper Schrott. In this new act, which completely fits in with today's ecological zeitgeist, puppeteer Steven Luca approaches the public's residual waste with a large dose of poetry. This humble master of improvisation combines sadness with cheerful imagination.

Tres Loco’s is a theatrical band, a vocal and musical circus trio, consisting of Tobias Bader, Jeroen Regtien and Ed Schulte. The basis is formed by music: energetic and swinging songs. The vocal harmonies are accompanied by guitar, banjo, bucket bass, ukulele, saxophone, harmonica and percussion. Acrobatics and juggling happen just while playing and singing, and instruments are swapped light-heeled. The three men pull each other's leg constantly, but their main aim is putting up a highly energetic and exciting show.
